Looks neat, but it’s so language-based that you’d run into some of the same barriers as any written address. I’m not going to be able to sound out any hiragana, for example…

Also what about homophones? I tried to drag the cursor around to see if I could get it to generate any location with a word that could be misspelled if read over the phone, but didn’t catch any, so maybe they’ve filtered that out?

Totally interesting project, thanks for bringing it to my attention, I’m going to be playing with the site for a bit! haha
